Data Deletion Request

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to info@helpwithviolations.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• Any property addresses you provided to us

What We Will Delete

Upon receiving your request, we will delete:

• Your name and contact information from our leads database
• Your email from any active email sequences
• Any property-related information you provided
• UTM and tracking data associated with your submission

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

Facebook Data

If you logged in or interacted with our services through Facebook, you can also remove our app's access to your data by visiting your Facebook App Settings.
